Simple Reporting: Statistics Report in ChiroHD

Updated over 11 months ago

The Statistics Report in Simple Reporting offers a powerful overview of your office’s performance based on charges, not appointments.
This report is useful for monitoring patient flow, financials, and the success of your marketing efforts over a selected period of time.

Important to Remember

  • Statistics are based on charges, not appointments.

  • Data is pulled from the services posted on the patient's ledger.

  • Your System Configuration settings define what ChiroHD counts as a new patient, chiropractic visit, massage visit, nutrition service, or stretch appointment.

Tip:
If numbers on the report look incorrect, always check your System Configuration first.
