The Statistics Report in Simple Reporting offers a powerful overview of your office’s performance based on charges, not appointments.
This report is useful for monitoring patient flow, financials, and the success of your marketing efforts over a selected period of time.
Important to Remember
Statistics are based on charges, not appointments.
Data is pulled from the services posted on the patient's ledger.
Your System Configuration settings define what ChiroHD counts as a new patient, chiropractic visit, massage visit, nutrition service, or stretch appointment.
Tip:
If numbers on the report look incorrect, always check your System Configuration first.
