Overview
The All Reports tab in ChiroHD provides users with access to various reports related to collections, sales, patient data, insurance, and practice management. Reports are currently being transitioned to the All Reports Beta section, which features new layouts and formats.
Accessing the All Reports Tab
Navigate to Reporting.
Select All Reports.
Report Categories
Cash Reports – Provides collections-related reports.
Daily Reports – Includes sales reports, listing services and charges.
Patient-Specific Reports – Offers reports related to individual patients, including:
Finding patients by third-party payer (e.g., Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield).
Various customizable patient-specific data.
Insurance Reports – Includes reports related to insurance processing and claims.
Practice Reports – General reports related to practice management.
Report Format Options
Many reports offer an option to generate them in CSV (Spreadsheet) or PDF format.
Selecting CSV will provide data in spreadsheet format for further analysis.
