Overview
The All Reports tab in ChiroHD is where you’ll find a full library of reporting tools to support your clinic’s daily operations, financial tracking, patient management, and more. This section provides access to updated and expanded reporting features designed for easier navigation and better data visibility.
Accessing the All Reports Tab
To access reports:
Navigate to Reporting in the top navigation bar.
Click on All Reports.
Report Categories Available
Reports are organized into several easy-to-navigate sections:
Daily Reports
Patient Reports
Find Patient

Examples of Available Reports
Collections Report:
Track and review all collections activity.Statements (Superbill and Statement of Account):
Generate patient financial statements or superbills.Find Patients By Charge:
Search for patients based on specific charges, services, or inventory items.Birthdays Report:
Quickly find patients with upcoming birthdays.By Tag, DX Code, or Case Type:
Filter and locate patients based on custom tags, diagnosis codes, or case types.Case Balance Report:
Identify patients with outstanding balances or credits across all case types.Example: Quickly find patients with a balance greater than $0 for follow-up or collections.
Sales Reports:
Analyze transactions by payment type, service, or inventory item.Clinic Reports:
Access overall clinic performance metrics and administrative data.
New Reporting Features
Tips Report:
For clinics that track tips (for services like massage therapy), a dedicated Tips Report is now available.
This makes it easy to gather data for payroll or accounting purposes.
