Understanding the Tracking and Reporting Categories

The categories in the Metrics Dashboard are linked to your Tracking and Reporting page settings. These settings determine how ChiroHD categorizes charges on a patient's ledger, such as adjustments, exams, or new patient appointments.

To access the Tracking and Reporting page settings:

1. Navigate to your System Dashboard > System Settings > System Configuration > Tracking/Reporting.

The Metrics Dashboard reflects these configurations, ensuring consistency in your tracking and reporting.

Customizing Your Data View

You can customize the data displayed in the Metrics Dashboard by:

- Expanding the Date Range: Adjust the date range to view more comprehensive data.
- Viewing Trends Over Time: Analyze metrics over a specific time period to identify trends.
- Selecting Metrics: Use the "Show Widgets" option to display additional metrics, and toggle to choose which ones to include.
- Export Data: Click "Export CSV" to download the current metrics as a spreadsheet.

Managing Multiple Locations

If you manage multiple locations or a franchise, the Metrics Dashboard is also accessible at the system level. This allows you to compare metrics across different locations. When viewing the dashboard at the system level, you can:

- Include Inactive Locations: Display metrics for inactive locations if needed.
- View Metrics Across Locations: Display metrics for all locations at one time.

Conclusion

The Metrics Dashboard in ChiroHD provides a powerful tool for visualizing and analyzing key performance indicators across your office or multiple locations. Whether you’re managing a single location or a franchise, this dashboard offers the flexibility to view and export data tailored to your needs.
