Simple Reporting in ChiroHD

The Simple Reporting screen in ChiroHD is a great way to get a high-level overview of key performance metrics for a selected time period. It provides fast, easy-to-read summaries of your office’s collections, appointments, sales, and patient retention.


How to Access Simple Reporting

  1. Navigate to Reporting in the navigation menu.

  2. Click on Simple Reporting.


Setting the Date Range

You can quickly set your reporting period by:

  • Manually selecting a Start Date and End Date, or

  • Using quick-select options:

    • Today

    • This Week

    • This Month

    • This Quarter

    • This Year

You can also easily move between periods by clicking Previous and Next.


Simple Reporting Categories

The Simple Reporting screen is divided into several important sections:

1. Collections Summary

  • Displays total collections for the selected date range.

  • Categories include:

    • Other

    • Cash and Check

    • Insurance

    • Refunds

  • Totals are shown for:

    • Total Before Refunds

    • Total After Refunds

Printing Collection Reports:

  • Click the Print button to generate:

    • Cash Summary Report: High-level summary of collections.

    • Cash Detail Report: More detailed breakdown by transaction.

Tip: Expanding your date range (e.g., to This Year) will display more complete data across multiple categories.
