TRP Vital Signs Beta — Validation Protocol

Learn the weekly validation process and how to submit feedback during the TRP Vital Signs beta.

📝 Overview

This guide outlines the weekly validation process for the TRP Vital Signs beta program. During the two-week beta period, your clinic will compare report data against your current tracking methods and submit any discrepancies to help improve reporting accuracy and system performance.

📅 The Weekly Routine

Each week, for two consecutive weeks:

  1. Run the TRP Vital Signs report for the previous Sun–Sat week.

  2. Also collect those same numbers the way you usually do for TRP (manually or however you currently track them).

  3. Compare. Anything that doesn't match — even by a couple of patients — submit on the feedback form.

✅ A "match" is within ±1 (some natural noise around timing of when appointments get marked completed). Anything bigger, or a metric reading 0 when you know it shouldn't, is worth reporting.

📨 Where to Send Feedback

Beta Feedback form: {{MONDAY_FORM_URL}} (in your kickoff email)

Submit one entry per discrepancy where possible. The form will ask for:

  • A short summary

  • Details in your own words

  • Date you ran the report + the date range you used

  • Which TRP metric (if you can identify it)

  • What the report showed vs. your manual number

  • Patient IDs / names involved (huge help for debugging)

  • Screenshots if relevant

Most fields are optional — fill in what you have. The patient IDs and the date range are the most useful pieces if you have to pick.

We watch the form daily. You'll get an email reply from Jeff within one business day.

🎯 What to Focus on First

We'd love eyes on the whole report, but if your time is limited, these metrics carry the most risk and benefit the most from real-clinic eyes:

  • NP Conversions (rows 20–23)

  • R4 / R5 / R6 retention (rows 30–44) — multi-care-plan logic, most complex

  • Net Momentum (row 46) — sensitive to upstream issues

Everything else (NP funnel, ROF, volume, compliance, financial metrics) is still worth checking when you have the time.

🔄 What Happens After You Submit

  1. We see the submission within minutes.

  2. We triage same-day: bug, mapping issue, definition difference, training question, or design choice.

  3. Jeff emails you back within one business day with what we found.

  4. If it's a bug we ship a fix for, we'll loop back when the fix is live so you can re-run and verify.

📞 Optional End-of-Beta Call

At the end of the 2-week window we'd like to do a 30-minute wrap-up to walk through what you found and answer any open questions. Optional but appreciated.
