📝 Overview

Running your TRP Vital Signs report in ChiroHD allows you to track vital clinic performance metrics and easily export your data for TRP monthly or quarterly reporting. This guide walks you through every key step: setting up your date range, running the report, examining the numbers, and exporting your results—so you can quickly get the insights you need.

▶️ Running the Report

To access the report navigate to your live location > Reporting > The Remarkable Practice

Select a date range using either a custom date range or one of the preset options:

  • Last Week

  • Month to Date

  • Last Month

    • Last Month is the most commonly used option because it aligns with TRP monthly reporting periods.

📅 Week Range Information

The TRP Vital Signs report uses a Sunday-through-Saturday week. When you select Last Week, the report automatically calculates the previous Sunday through Saturday period.

After selecting your date range:

  • Click View to generate the report on screen.

  • Click Download to export the report directly.

The report will load once processing is complete.

📊 Understanding the Results

Once the report loads, you'll see your TRP Vital Signs metrics organized into sections that align with the TRP spreadsheet.

  • New Patient Metrics: Tracks New Patient Exams, completed exams, and show rates.

  • Report of Findings: Tracks completed Reports of Findings and Stick Rate metrics.

  • Conversions: Shows the number of patients who converted into care and the overall Conversion percentage.

  • Retention: Displays R4, R5, and R6 retention metrics to help measure patient progression through care.

  • Volume and Financial Metrics: Includes metrics such as Net Momentum, Total Patient Visits, Compliance, Collections, and Collection Visit Average

  • Referral Source Breakdowns: Many metrics include referral source breakdowns. This allows you to compare overall performance and evaluate results by referral source category.

📖 Metric Definitions

Many metric names are underlined. Hover over an underlined metric to view a definition and learn how the calculation is determined.

⚠️ Understanding "NA" Values

Some metrics require a complete reporting period before they can be calculated. If a metric displays NA, it typically means the selected date range does not meet the requirements for that calculation and does not indicate a problem with your data.

🔎 Drilling Into Your Data

Click the magnifier icon next to a metric to view the records contributing to that value. The drill-down view includes details such as:

  • Patient Name

  • Patient ID

  • Appointment Date

  • Appointment Status

  • Referral Source Category

You can also click a patient's name to open their record without leaving the report.

💡 If a metric appears incorrect, the drill-down view is often the fastest way to identify missing Care Plans, incomplete appointments, or other workflow issues.

📥 Exporting the Report

Click Download to export the report as a CSV file.

The exported file is formatted to align with the TRP Monthly-Quarterly spreadsheet, making it easy to copy report values into your existing TRP reporting workflow.

🛠️ Troubleshooting Tips

  • Use the Gear icon to update appointment mappings.

  • Use the Question Mark icon to access TRP Help Center resources.

  • Use the magnifier icon to investigate unexpected metric values.

  • If Conversion metrics display zero, review your Care Plan workflow and verify that Care Plans are being created and used consistently.
