1. Automatically Mark Missed Appointments
When enabled, this feature will automatically change the status of a missed appointment to Missed after 15, 30, or 60 minutes. This helps ensure your schedule remains accurate and updated without manual intervention.

2. Missed Appointment Notifications
This setting allows the system to send an automated Missed Appointment Text Message.
You can choose when the message is sent:
After the first missed appointment of the day
After the last missed appointment of the day
Never (if you do not want an automatic notification)

3. Virtual Waiting Room
This feature was introduced to allow patients to wait in their vehicles until it is their turn to enter the office. Particularly useful for maintaining social distancing and managing patient flow efficiently.
If enabled, when a patient arrives, they must text the word “WAIT” to check in.
After confirming their appointment via text, they will receive an automatic message instructing them to remain in their vehicle.
The system places them in a queue and will notify them when it is their turn to enter.
The queue is managed based on the number of patients before them.
Example: If the limit is set to 3 people, the patient will be called in once the appointment in front of them is marked as Treated.
