This guide will walk you through setting up a Location-Specific Email Template in ChiroHD.

⚠️ Please note: Only System Level Email Templates can be attached to Triggers or sent as a New Patient Email.


If you need a system-level template, navigate back to the System Level before proceeding.


Triple-check that you are in the correct section before making any changes to avoid issues.

This video demonstrates the email template builder at the system level; the functionality is identical at the location level.


📥 1. Access Email Templates

  • Log into your ChiroHD account

  • Click Settings

  • Select Initial Setup

  • Click Email Templates


📌 Available Macros

Below is a list of macros you can insert into your email template to automatically pull information from ChiroHD.


Please copy and paste the macros exactly as shown—any changes may cause them to break.


2. Create a Location Email Template

  • Click Create Location Email Template

  • Use the template builder to design your email


🛠️ 3. Customize Your Email Template

  • Click the Subject field and enter your email subject line

  • Edit the body of your email as required

Customize your email using the navigation bar on the right side of the email template builder!

  • Once your edits are complete, click Save to ensure all changes are retained
