Overview
This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough for configuring Location-Specific SOAP Macros in ChiroHD. SOAP Macros streamline documentation, saving time and improving efficiency. You can switch between system-level macros and location-specific macros as needed.
1. Log into ChiroHD
Navigate to the ChiroHD Login page.
Enter your credentials and access your account.
Click on your Location to proceed.
2. Access the Settings Menu
Locate the Settings tab in the top navigation bar.
Click Settings to open the dropdown menu.
In the dropdown menu, hover over Initial Setup and click on it.
Under Initial Setup, find and click SOAP Macros.
3. Switch to Location-Specific Macros
If a message appears stating, "You are currently using system macros, these macros are available to all locations", click "Click here to switch to location-specific macros" to enable customization for your specific location.
4. Create or Copy Macros
To create macros from scratch, click on any macro button and begin customization.
To use Network's System Macros as a template, click "Copy Macros from System".
5. Confirm Changes
A confirmation prompt will appear asking if you are sure about overwriting macros.
Click "Yes" to proceed.
6. Customize Macros
Click on any macro button to modify or create new macros tailored to your clinic’s needs.
Additional Notes
SOAP Macros improve documentation efficiency by allowing for quick and consistent note-taking.
You can switch between system-level and location-specific macros at any time.
