This document details steps involved for an existing ChiroHD location looking to create a new and separate ChiroHD instance.

Pre-Migration Action Items

  1. 🚨 Once you receive notification that your network has been created,
    please DO NOT perform any activities in your new network or location!
    The new network must be BLANK for the migration team to import data.

  2. Your setup steps will occur AFTER the migration is complete.
    ​


Day of Migration

  1. ​You cannot use your current or new ChiroHD location until the Migration is complete. Due to the complexity of the migration and to avoid patient disruption, we only schedule ChiroHD to ChiroHD migrations on the weekends.
    ​

  2. You will be emailed the moment you're able to regain ​access to your new network. You will no longer have access to your legacy network/location. Please keep an eye out for your Migration Complete email!
    ​​


Post Migration

  1. After you have received notification that your migration is complete, please go through the migrated data and verify its completeness and accuracy.

    1. If there are any missing or inaccurate data, please reach out ASAP.
      DO NOT try to fix these issues on your own, as it will interfere with our ability to programmatically fix data.

  2. You will no longer have access to your previous location.
    ​

  3. You will need to configure settings that did not migrate from your previous system. The next section will itemize what information migrates; however, we strongly recommend utilizing our Setup Course to ensure your setup is complete.

  4. If you are using our Mobile Patient App, patients will need to click the Log Out button on the App and log back in to access your new clinic location.
    ​

  5. To deactivate your previous location and prevent being charged for two locations, please complete the following Offboarding form for your previous location. ο»Ώ

What Migrates?

When migrating from ChiroTouch, ChiroHD facilitates the import of the following:

  • Everything in the patient profile

  • Calendars, provider information, and historical billing setup within the Historical Billing tab

  • Twilio integration

  • Fortis integration

  • Clearinghouse integration

  • Appointments and Services

However, the following items are examples of items that DO NOT migrate.
