Updated today

📝 Overview

Integrating with TigerView in ChiroHD is easy! Just follow the steps in this document. If you need assistance, please contact our support team at [email protected]. This integration requires that you use the ChiroHD Patient ID as the ID in TigerView. If you do not set this correctly, they will not be synced correctly.

🔍 Step 1: Important Information to Know Before You Get Started

  • Open the integration guide on the x-ray computer.

  • You will not be able to complete the integration or sync previous X-rays otherwise.

  • Use a Chrome browser, the only browser supported by ChiroHD.

  • This guide enables auto-sync of new X-rays directly into ChiroHD after completion.

To Sync Previously Taken X-rays:

  1. Open the patient’s exam on the x-ray computer

  2. Update the patient ID to match their ChiroHD patient ID

  3. Click through each image in the exam

  4. Close the exam and click Export

This integration requires that you use the ChiroHD Patient ID as the ID in TigerView. If not set correctly, they will not be synced correctly.
