Integrating with ChiroSight / Biokinemetrics in ChiroHD is easy! Just follow the steps in this document. If you need assistance, please contact our support team at [email protected]. This integration requires that you use the ChiroHD Patient ID as the ID in ChiroSight / Biokinemetrics. If you do not set this correctly, they will not be synced correctly.
β Step 1: Important Information to Know Before You Get Started
Please make sure to open the integration guide and follow these instructions on the x-ray computer. You will not be able to complete the integration or sync previously taken x-rays if you are not on the x-ray computer.
Make sure you are using a Chrome browser as that is the only browser that ChiroHD supports.
This guide will allow you to auto sync x-rays directly into ChiroHD from this point forward after the integration is complete.
Previously Taken X-Rays (Before Integration)
If you want previously taken x-rays to sync, follow these steps:
Open the patientβs exam on the x-ray computer
Update the patient ID so it matches their ChiroHD patient ID
Click through each image in the exam
Close out of the exam and click Export
This integration requires that you use the ChiroHD Patient ID as the ID in ChiroSight / Biokinemetrics. If not set correctly, x-rays will not sync.
π§ Step 2: ChiroSight / Biokinemetrics Steps
Call ChiroSight / Biokinemetrics at (888) 507-6613.
Tell them you need to enable local file server with autoroute.
ChiroSight / Biokinemetrics will use logmein123 to remotely login.
Specify a folder to be used for exported images β we recommend creating one on your desktop.
π» Step 3: ChiroHD Steps
Download the ChiroHD Uploader App
Install the App and Follow the Steps
If you see this screen β click More Info > then Run Anyway (not everyone will see this prompt).
When the Select Installation Folder window appears β just click Next (do not change any folder settings).
When Installation Complete appears β click Close.
Log into ChiroHD
Navigate to Settings > Initial Setup > Integrations
Click on X-rays
Click the Copy button next to the Authentication Key

βPaste this key into the Uploader App in the Authorization box (this step is essential).

Choose Folder & Complete Setup
Click on the gray Choose Folder button.
Locate the same folder set up on your desktop (export folder used by x-ray software).
The file path will appear.
To the left of that field, click the drop-down menu, select X-rays, and then click the Add button.
You will see the file path populated at the top of the uploader.

Final Step β Save & Restart Service
Click Save Changes and Restart Service.
This step is VERY IMPORTANT.
If you ever add more folders or make changes to any folder path, you must always hit this button.
Confirmation
You should see a message:
β"Setup Complete, Configuration saved for..."This should display your office's name, confirming successful connection to ChiroHD.
Restart Your X-ray Computer
Reboot your x-ray computer to finalize the integration.
