📝 Overview
Office Options is a set of on/off toggles that control optional features in your clinic. This article lists each toggle and links to its own guide, so you can find the setting you need without reading about every option.
🧭 How to Get to Office Options
Navigate to your live location > Settings > Office > Office Configuration
Select the Office Options tab on the left.
Click a toggle to turn it on or off. Changes save when you click the toggle
⚙️ Office Options Toggles
Auto-Complete Appointments – automatically marks an appointment complete once it’s on the calendar, has charges on the patient’s ledger, and has a SOAP note that is finalized or saved as a draft. → Completing An Appointment, Manually or by Using Auto-Complete, and the Incomplete Queue

Move appts with mx to end of queue – Holds a patient’s massage appointment at the end of the massage provider’s queue until their adjustment appointment is marked treated → Move Appointment With Massage To End Of Queue
New Macro Layout – Keeps the SOAP note macro navigation bar fixed at the top of the screen, so you don’t have to scroll to find it. → New Macro Layout
New Patient Emails – Sends the new patient email automatically when a new patient’s appointment is scheduled. → Email Template Setup
Show Patient Notes on SOAP Screen – Shows or hides the blue Patient Notes box from the patient snapshot on the SOAP note screen. Hiding it doesn’t remove the notes from the snapshot. → Show Patient Notes on SOAP Screen
Slide Outs – Controls how scheduling and appointment windows open. On: they slide in from the right. Off: they pop up on the screen. → Slide Outs
