Navigate to your Live Location, click the printer icon on the top right of the calendar.

Navigate to your Live Location, click the arrow next to the printer icon, click Advanced.
Customize what schedule to print by filtering by start date, end date, provider (or remove providers names for all providers), appointment type, appointment subtype, or appointment status.
The Advanced Schedule in List View displays appointments in a list with extra details (patient names, types, phone numbers).
Printing Advanced Schedule with Appointments with Alerts
Within advanced print options, one of the filter options is to print Appointments with alerts only.
Printing Advanced Schedule with Appointments with Alerts will print in list view.
