📝 Overview
In this article, we will review the calendar settings in ChiroHD and explain how to control what is displayed on your calendar screen. The guidance includes step-by-step instructions, context for each setting, and explanations for the icons and filters available.
Accessing your Calendar Settings
Navigate to your live location, select the calendar settings icon.
💡 NOTE: Calendar settings are user-specific—they only apply to the user currently logged in. These are not office-wide settings, so each team member can personalize their own calendar display preferences.
Calendar Display Options - Provider View
See multiple providers' calendars simultaneously, allowing you to monitor the entire office schedule at a glance.
You have the flexibility to select which providers' calendars will appear by select or deselecting which providers are displayed.
Calendar Display Options - Tab View
Each provider's schedule is separated into individual tabs.
By selecting a specific provider's tab, you focus on only that provider's schedule.
The push pin option lets you set your default calendar tab, so it automatically opens to your preferred provider view.
Hide Completed Appointments
The Hide Completed Appointment option allows you to filter out completed appointments from your calendar view for clarity.
💡 NOTE: Filtering does not delete appointments; it simply hides completed ones from immediate view.
Icons on the Calendar
The icon section controls which visual indicators appear on your calendar.
Reminder Status:
Confirmed - Displays a thumbs up icon if the appointment is confirmed via text.
Pending - Shows a clock icon for appointments pending confirmation.
Denied - Presents an "X" if a patient denies the appointment.

Walk in Appointment - Shows an hourglass with a person icon when the appointment was created as a walk-in.
