π Overview
This article provides a comprehensive walkthrough on how overbooked slots function in ChiroHD. We'll cover the meaning of red number indicators, methods to view and handle overbooked appointments on the calendar, and settings related to staff and patient self-scheduling through the ChiroHD mobile app and web scheduler.
What Are Overbooked Slots?
On your ChiroHD calendar, numbers displayed to the right of each time slot indicate how many patients are currently scheduled for that interval.
βIf a red marker or red number appears, it signals that the time interval is overbooked, exceeding the maximum set slots for that column layout.
βFor example, in a four-column view, if eleven patients are scheduled, the slot is considered overbooked.
