Understanding Overbooked Slots On Your Calendar
Updated over a month ago

Occasionally, you might notice a red marker with a number to the right of an interval on your calendar, like the "11" in this screenshot:

This indicates that the specified interval currently has 11 appointments scheduled. However, only the first four are visible based on your existing calendar settings.

Viewing Overbooked Slots

There are two ways to view your overbooked slots, depending on the calendar view you are using. You can identify your calendar view by clicking the calendar settings icon (the first gray icon at the top of your calendar).

1. Tab View

To see overbooked appointments in the Tab View:

  • Click on the "+" icon in the upper left corner to activate the expanded view.

When you toggle this mode, the calendar will remember your preference and maintain this selection the next time you view the calendar.

2. Provider View

To see overbooked appointments in the Provider View:

  • Click on the directional arrows at the top right corner of the provider's tab to navigate to additional pages.
