šŸ“˜ Overview

This guide provides an overview of various calendar settings within our system. A separate guide covers enabling/disabling a calendar, setting provider hours, and managing exception hours.

šŸ“‘ Calendar Order and Color

  • Navigate to User Calendar Settings > Calendar Order

  • The order set here determines how your calendar tabs appear

  • Calendar cover color affects the tab's appearance at the top

šŸ‘„ Provider View vs. Tab View

Provider View:

  • Displays multiple provider schedules side by side

  • Use this to get a full overview of your office's schedule

  • To hide specific providers, click the settings icon and uncheck the calendars you don’t want to see

Tab View:

  • Each provider has a separate calendar tab

  • Clicking on a tab displays only that provider’s calendar

  • The push pin icon allows you to set a default tab, overriding the calendar order

  • This setting is a per user setting and does not affect office-wide settings
Each user can have different preferences for how their calendar displays

šŸ‘ļø Visibility Settings

Hide Completed Appointments:

  • Filters completed appointments from your view

  • Toggle between showing or hiding completed appointments

  • Completed appointments are not deleted; they are simply filtered from view

  • This setting is also available as a checkbox

  • This setting is a per user setting and does not affect office-wide settings
Each user can have different preferences for how their calendar displays

šŸ”Ž Icons on the Calendar

Icons provide quick status updates on appointments:

  • Reminder Status: Displays a thumbs-up for confirmed appointments and an ā€œXā€ for denied ones

  • Appointment Status: Indicates whether the appointment is scheduled or completed

  • Walk-In Indicator: A small figure icon appears when a walk-in appointment is marked

  • SOAP Note Icon: A sticky note icon appears when a SOAP note is entered for the day

  • Language Preference Indicator:

    • Displays ā€œESā€ if the patient’s preferred language is Spanish

    • If the language is English, no icon is displayed

ā±ļø Time Display on the Left Panel

  • The times displayed on the left side of the calendar are set when configuring provider hours

  • Provider hour settings will be covered in a separate guide
