Updated today

Overview

ChiroHD provides two primary ways to print schedules and alerts from your calendar:

  1. The Printer Icon on the Calendar Screen – For printing daily schedules.

  2. The Printer Icon in the Notification Bar – For printing alerts.

This guide will walk you through using both options effectively.

1. Printing the Daily Schedule

To print the daily schedule:

  1. Navigate to the Calendar screen.

  2. Click on the Printer Icon in the top right corner.

  3. The system will generate a printable schedule for the day.

This feature is useful for providers or offices that prefer a physical printout of their schedule.

Advanced Printing Options

If you need more control over what is printed:

  1. Click the drop-down menu next to the printer icon.

  2. Select "Advanced" to customize your print settings.

  3. You can:

    • Select a specific day to print.

    • Choose to print only appointments with alerts.

    • Filter by appointment type, subtype, or scheduled status.

Schedule Print Format

  • The default printout shows appointments in block format with designated time slots.

  • The Advanced print option provides a list-style report, which includes:
    Patient Names
    Appointment Times
    Phone Numbers

If you need contact details along with the schedule, use the Advanced print option.

2. Printing Alerts for the Day

To print a list of alerts:

  1. Click the Printer Icon in the Notification Bar (top of the screen).

  2. Select “Today's Alerts”.

  3. This will print a list of only alerts, not appointments.

Use this option if you need a printout of patient alerts for the day instead of the full schedule.

Which Printer Icon Should You Use?

  • Want to print the full daily schedule? → Use the printer icon in the top-right corner of the Calendar screen.

  • Need a list of alerts only? → Use the printer icon in the Notification Bar.

By utilizing these print options, you can effectively manage schedules and alerts in your practice.
