Introduction
The Insurance Dashboard in ChiroHD offers a streamlined, centralized interface for managing your insurance workflow. This article provides an overview of the home screen layout and functionality.
Accessing the Insurance Dashboard
Navigate to your Live Location, Insurance Tab. This opens the Insurance Dashboard.
NOTE: If you don't see the Insurance tab, you likely don't have Insurance permissions yet — contact your office administrator.

EOBs generated from ERA files that ChiroHD successfully processed.

Everything here needs review before it can post to a patient's ledger.
Navigating the Insurance ERA Dashboard
If you have ERA enabled, your Insurance Dashboard will still have all the same available tabs at the top, in addition to the ERA section at the bottom.
Please see our other resources on How to Setup ERA if you have further questions on how to get this feature added as well as further information on ERA Specifics.
