The Patient List Report in Simple Reporting allows you to generate a complete list of all patients in your clinic, with flexible options for sorting, filtering, and exporting.
How to Access the Patient List Report
Navigate to Reporting > Simple Reporting.
Click on the Patient List tab.
What the Patient List Report Shows
This report includes every patient within your ChiroHD system, based on the filters you select.
You can:
Print the list for quick access.
Download a CSV file to open and manage in spreadsheet software like Excel or Google Sheets.
Sorting Options
You can order the list by:
Last Name
First Name
Filtering Options
You can filter the list by patient status:
Status Option | Description |
Active | Patients who are currently active in care |
Inactive | Patients who have been marked as inactive |
Terminated | Patients whose profiles were terminated |
All | View all patients, regardless of status |
