Simple Reporting: Call List Report in ChiroHD

Updated over 11 months ago

The Call List Report allows you to quickly generate a list of patients based on appointment type and appointment status, along with their phone numbers for easy outreach.
This is a great tool for follow-up communication, patient check-ins, and other outreach efforts.

How to Access the Call List Report

  1. Navigate to Reporting > Simple Reporting.

  2. Click on the Call List tab.

Setting the Report Parameters

You can customize the report by selecting:

  • Appointment Type (e.g., Adjustment, New Patient, etc.)

  • Appointment Status (e.g., Completed, Missed, Cancelled)

You can also set a date range to narrow down the results based on when the appointments occurred.

Practical Uses for the Call List

Example: Pull a list of patients who had a Completed Adjustment in the last year, and send a quick check-in text.

  • New Patient Outreach:
Example: Pull a list of patients who had a Completed New Patient Appointment on a specific day so the doctor can personally call and check how they’re feeling after their first visit.

To quickly contact patients, simply click on the phone number directly from the Call List screen and send a text message right from within ChiroHD.
