Ensuring your team members have successfully activated their accounts in ChiroHD is crucial for smooth operations. This guide will walk you through verifying user activation, resending invites, creating logins, and adjusting user permissions.


Verifying User Login Activation

Go to: System Settings > Users

  • Revoke Login = ✅ User has successfully logged in

  • Resend Invite = ❌ User has not activated their login

    • 🔄 Click Resend Invite to send another setup email

  • Create Login = 🚫 User has not been issued an account setup email

    • Click Create Login

    • Enter phone number and email

    • Update permissions

    • Click Submit to send the invite

💡 If the email doesn’t arrive, check the spam folder. If still missing after 24–48 hours, resend the invite.


Setting Up a New User’s Account

New users receive an activation email with a password setup link.

Password Requirements:

  • One uppercase letter

  • One lowercase letter

  • One special character

  • One number

  • Minimum 8 characters

📅 Users must activate their account within 48 hours.
If missed, an admin must Resend Invite.


Understanding System-Level Access & Permissions

System Admin Access Includes:

  • All assigned locations

  • Home, Insurance, Reporting, Lead buttons

  • System Settings tab (only for System Admins)

  • The user is likely a Location Admin or Location User

  • Only System Admins see the System Settings tab


Updating User Permissions

  1. Navigate to your System Dashboard > System Settings > Users.

  2. Click on the user’s account and go to the Permissions tab.

  3. Under 'What permission level?', select System Admin from the dropdown menu.

  4. Click Save to apply the new permission level.

🔐 Only your organization's System Admin can edit user permissions. ChiroHD staff cannot modify these settings for compliance reasons.
