Cash Case: Editing a Simple Transaction

  • Navigate to your Patient Profile, Transaction Tab, Ledger Tab.

  • Locate the transaction you want to edit.

  • Click the pencil icon under the Edit column

  • This opens the Transaction modal, where you can modify available fields.

  • Make your changes to the transaction.

  • Click Save Changes.

Non-Cash Case: Editing a Transaction (if the line is Purple/Pink)

NOTE: Non-Cash Case would include any of the following: Insurance, Medicare, Workers Comp and/or Personal Injury cases.

  • Navigate to your Patient Profile, Transaction Tab, Ledger Tab.

  • Locate the transaction you want to edit.

  • If the Transaction is Purple:

    • Click Edit (Pencil icon).

    • Make your changes to the transaction.

    • Click Save Changes.


Non-Cash Case: Editing a Transaction that has already been Billed
(if the line is Yellow, Blue or Green)

NOTE: Non-Cash Case would include any of the following: Insurance, Medicare, Workers Comp and/or Personal Injury cases.

  • Navigate to your Patient Profile, Transaction Tab, Ledger Tab.

  • Locate the transaction you want to edit.

  • If the Transaction is Yellow, Blue or Green:

    • Navigate to the Insurance History tab.

    • Click Set to rebill and Save.

    • Return to the ledger and refresh.

    • The transaction will now appear purple, indicating it is editable.

    • Click Edit (Pencil icon).

    • Make your changes to the transaction.

    • Click Save Changes. The transaction is now ready to rebill (or create a claim).
