Adding the Inventory Item on a Ledger
Navigate to the Patient Profile, click New Transaction, or
From the Patient Snapshot, click the quick Transaction button.
Once in the Transaction Modal:
Use the search field to enter and select the Inventory Item.
Assign or change the Rendering Provider, if applicable.
Adjust the Quantity, as needed.
If needed, select the option to add a write-off, then choose the write-off reason.
Click Save.
Click Submit.
Finding An Inventory Item on a Patients Ledger
Navigate to the Patient’s Profile, Transactions Tab, Ledger Tab.
On the Patients Ledger, you are able to confirm the inventory item has been added. Quantity, taxes, and write-offs will display if applicable.
Editing an Inventory Item on a Ledger
Click the Edit button.
Make changes to your item or Add additional items (e.g., a chiropractic pillow).
Save changes.
