Enabling Moderate Location Inventory
Navigate to your System Dashboard, System Settings, System Configuration.
Locate the Moderate Location Inventory toggle and turn it on.
Once enabled, complete the Inventory Moderation Message. This message informs locations that admin approval is required for new inventory.
Submitting an Inventory Request
Navigate to your Live Location, Settings, Inventory, Location Specific, Create Location Specific Inventory Item.
The moderation message will display during this process to remind users about the approval.
Complete the inventory request and click submit.
Requests awaiting review can be viewed from the Pending Requests tab.
Review Pending Requests as a System Admin
Organizations should determine which system admin will be responsible for reviewing inventory requests.
System Admins can access the pending inventory requests by navigating to your System Dashboard, select the shopping cart icon in the top right of the screen to view pending requests.
