📝 Overview
This article explains the step-by-step process for enabling and using Moderate Location Services within ChiroHD.
Purpose of Moderate Location Services Feature
This feature lets system administrators require approval before any new services are added at a specific location.
When activated, offices must submit a request for location-specific services, which admins can approve or deny. This ensures organizational oversight and maintains service consistency.
Accessing Moderate Location Services Toggle
Navigate to your System Dashboard, System Configuration, then toggle on Enable Allowed Domains.
Toggle Moderate Location Services to ON if you want all new, location-specific services to require admin approval before they're added.
Setting Up Service Moderation Message
In the same System Configuration screen, enter a Service Moderation message—this message will be displayed to offices when they try to submit a new, location-specific service request.
Tip: Communicate with office staff so they know to expect and follow the approval process.
How Locations Submit Service Requests
Locations that want to submit a service request, navigate to their Live Location, Settings, and select Services, Click Location Specific and then Create Service.
They will see your preset message.
The office fills out the request details and can add a note for the admin before submitting.
Approval and Review of Pending Requests Process
Determine which system admin(s) will review and approve incoming service requests.
System admins can navigate to their System Dashboard, click the paper airplane icon, click on Pending Reviews to view pending service requests. Notifications show the current number of pending items.
From there, the system admin can approve or deny the service. Approve to make it active for that location only or deny if necessary. Denied requests are typically because a service should be managed at the system level or is not appropriate for a location to provide.
✅ Key Takeaways
Moderate Location Services requires admin approval for new, location-specific services.
Clear communication with office staff is essential when activating this feature.
All approvals or denials are handled internally between the system admin and the location.
ChiroHD itself does not participate in the approval process.
📌 Conclusion
Enabling Moderate Location Services in ChiroHD centralizes control over new services at each location, ensuring that appropriate reviews and approvals are in place. This streamlines service management and maintains consistency throughout the organization.
