Enabling Moderate Location Inventory

  • Navigate to your System Dashboard, System Settings, System Configuration.

  • Locate the Moderate Location Inventory toggle and turn it on.

  • Once enabled, complete the Inventory Moderation Message. This message informs locations that admin approval is required for new inventory.


Submitting an Inventory Request

  • Navigate to your Live Location, Settings, Inventory, Location Specific, Create Location Specific Inventory Item.

  • The moderation message will display during this process to remind users about the approval.

  • Complete the inventory request and click submit.

  • Requests awaiting review can be viewed from the Pending Requests tab.


Review Pending Requests as a System Admin

  • Organizations should determine which system admin will be responsible for reviewing inventory requests.

  • System Admins can access the pending inventory requests by navigating to your System Dashboard, select the shopping cart icon in the top right of the screen to view pending requests.

  • Click on the blue inventory item you would like to review.

  • Choose to approve or deny the submitted request.

    • If approved, the inventory item becomes available as a location-specific item.

    • If denied, the inventory item will not be created.
