For new notes, always use the SOAP note screen and NOT the Patient Profile Visits Tab.
Accessing Submitted SOAP Notes through the Patient Profile
Editing a Submitted SOAP Note through the Patient Profile
Navigate to the Patient Profile, Visits Tab, choose the case, and choose the Date of Service. Make Your Corrections and Submit to save the note.
Editing the Date of a Submitted SOAP Note through the Patient Profile
Navigate to the Patient Profile, Visits Tab, choose the case, and choose the Date of Service. Click the Date within the note, Edit to the correct date and Save your changes.
Editing the Case of a Submitted SOAP Note through the Patient Profile
Navigate to the Patient Profile, Visits Tab, choose the case, and choose the Date of Service. Select the case dropdown menu. Choose the correct case and save changes.
NOTE: Just a reminder if the SOAP note is moved to another case, please verify the charge is moved to that new case as well.
Deleting a Submitted SOAP Note in the Patient Profile
Navigate to the Patient Profile, Visits Tab, choose the case, and choose the Date of Service. Click Delete Note. A confirmation box will appear. Confirm by clicking Yes. The note will be removed.
