Canceling an Appointment
From the calendar, click the drop-down arrow on the appointment and select Cancel appointment.
In the cancellation window, select a reason and add optional details. Click Cancel appointment to confirm.
The appointment will now be marked as canceled and removed from the active calendar.
To View or Edit a Cancellation Reason
Navigate to the Patient Snapshot. In the Appointment section, find the canceled appointment and click Expand.
โThe Cancellation Reason and additional details can be Viewed and Edited if needed.
Ways to Locate Canceled Appointments in ChiroHD
Option #1 - Using the Flow Tab (Today's Cancellations)
Navigate to your Calendar. Click on the Flow tab.
To view todayโs canceled appointments, check the Canceled column.
Option #2 - Patient Snapshot
Use the search bar to find the patient and open their snapshot. In the Appointment section, view the canceled appointment.
Option #3 - Patient Profile Visit History Audit
Go into the Patient Profile < Visit history tab < Audit < Show History for more details on canceled appointments.
Option #4- Appointment by Status Report
Navigate to your Live Location > Reporting > All Reports Beta > Appointment by Status.
Choose the following reporting criteria: Summary or detailed report, PDF or CSV, Date range, Appointment Type, Appointment Status - Canceled, Calendar/Provider.
