📝 Overview
The two-way texting feature in ChiroHD supports MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service), allowing you to send images, documents, audio clips, and more alongside regular text messages for enhanced patient communication.
Important: MMS is only available to ChiroHD offices that use SKED texting integration. If your office uses Twilio (ChiroHD's built-in texting), MMS is not supported. Please see our other resources if you have further questions about the Two Way Texting: ChiroHD + SKED.

You can send most common file formats, including:

📏 File Size Limitations
Maximum combined size = 5 MB (text + all attachments)

📤 How to Send MMS Files
1. Open Two-Way Texting Window
From the patient profile, click their blue cell phone number
ORFrom the notification panel, click the patient’s name under Active or Recent Conversations
2. Attach and Send
Click the attachment icon (📎 paperclip)
Select the image or file from your computer
Click Send
