🔓 Accessing Mass Notifications
Navigate to the Utilities tab in the top navigation menu.
Select Mass Notification.
The tool will open, allowing you to create, preview, and send a text message to a selected patient group.

Use Mass Notifications for non-clinical, general communications, such as:

ChiroHD offers several filters to help you define your audience:
Active or Inactive patient status
Tags (e.g., “Nutrition Clients,” “Wellness Members”)
Last Appointment Range (e.g., 30, 60, 120 days)
📝 Leaving the “last appointment” field blank will include all active patients.
✍️ Composing the Message
Write your text in the provided field.
⚠️ Do not include PHI to stay HIPAA-compliant.
❌ Do not include “CBD” — Twilio (the SMS provider) will flag and may suspend your texting privileges.
Keep messages brief, professional, and clear.
