📝 Overview

ChiroHD's Reputation Management feature allows you to send review requests to patients, enabling them to easily copy and post their reviews on Google or Facebook.


⚙️ Enabling Reputation Management

🖥️ Initial Setup

Access the Dashboard

  • Navigate to:
    Your Location > Reporting > Reviews
    → This opens the Reputation Management Dashboard


🔧 Configuring Settings

Click Settings in the dashboard.

🌍 Google Place ID

  1. Search for your business on the map

    1. Once you have found your business - you will see the Place ID is listed on the map.

  2. Copy the Place ID

    1. Example: ChIJM8SlEVIR9YgRQ2e5PXLdWC4

  3. Paste it into the Google ID field in ChiroHD

📘 Facebook ID

  1. Go to your Facebook Business Page

  2. Look at the URL

    • Example: facebook.com/life.edu

  3. Copy the page ID only (e.g., life.edu)

  4. Paste it into the Facebook ID field in ChiroHD

📝 Leave the Facebook ID blank if you only want to send Google reviews.


🎨 Customizing the Landing Page

  • Background Color: Set the page background

  • Star Color: Customize the star rating appearance

  • Threshold Rating: Set a minimum star rating for public display

  • Text Fields: Personalize the landing page text (default text is provided)

System-Level Triggers

  • Navigate to:
    System Dashboard > System Settings > Triggers

  • Create triggers based on:

    • Appointment Type

    • Patient Tags

  • Include this macro in your message:

✉️ Email Templates

  • Go to:
    System Dashboard > System Settings > Email Templates

  • Create a Marketing Email template

  • Insert the macro: {{REVIEW_REQUEST_LINK}}


📲 Text Messages

  • Texts have higher engagement rates

  • Personalize the message

  • Include the {{REVIEW_REQUEST_LINK}} macro


Manual Requests

  • Navigate to:
    Location > Reporting > Reviews > Manage Reviews

  • Copy a patient’s specific review link

  • Send via two-way text

📋 Manage Reviews Section

  • Track:

    • Submitted reviews

    • Open review requests

  • Resend Review Links if patients haven’t submitted


🗃️ Archive Requests

  • Archive old or inactive requests that haven’t been completed

  • Test as a patient to understand the experience

  • Regularly monitor your reviews on:

    • Google

    • Facebook
