In your calendar view on the provider interface, you can display multiple calendars side by side. This feature provides a comprehensive overview of your office's schedule and where each team member is located at any given time. You have the flexibility to select which calendars you want to view.
On the Provider View, all calendars can be displayed simultaneously. In Tab View, each tab shows a separate provider's calendar individually. To adjust the order of provider tabs, follow these steps:
Navigate to the location settings, accessible only to location users with calendar permissions.
Under "Settings," go to "Users" and select the calendar users.
Click on the provider's name to access their calendar settings.
In the calendar settings, locate the "Calendar Order" section.
Adjust the calendar order for each provider as desired. Start with setting the first provider's order as "1," the second as "2," and so on.
Remember to save your changes for each provider.
Refresh your screen to apply the new tab order.
If you do not manually set the calendar order, the system will arrange tabs based on when calendars were enabled or disabled. To ensure your preferred order, customize each provider's calendar settings individually.
