Non-finalized soap note was found with matching date and case
Reason for Greensheet:
A soap note needs to be in a finalized status (meaning not saved as a draft), in order for the system to be able to bill.
What to look for and where to look for it:
Patient snapshot > Visits > Brown exclamation box on the soap note.
How to correct:
Patient snapshot > Visits > Clock on the soap note that is not finalized > Edit note > Finish the soap note > Finalize.
