No patient case

Reason for this Greensheet:

The patient does not have an insurance case setup.

How to correct:

  1. Pull up the patient’s snapshot > Click on the cases icon > Click on create new case > Select the appropriate case type for the situation: Insurance, Medicare, Personal Injury, Workmans Comp > Save changes.

  2. Revalidate greensheet
