Navigate to your Patient Profile, Documents Tab, Care Summary.
Things To Note About AI Care Summary
The Last Updated date shown reflects when the summary was first generated. The summary does not auto-update every time a new SOAP note is added — it is generated on demand.
If new SOAP notes have been added since the last summary was generated, click Refresh to pull in everything up to today.
You don't need to refresh every visit — only when you want the summary to reflect recent changes.
