Find Patients by Birthdate is a patient-finding tool. It returns a list of patients whose birthdays fall within a date range you define — making it useful for birthday outreach, anniversary campaigns, or any communication you want to time around a patient's birthday. Like the other Find Patients reports, it does not contain financial data. Its purpose is simply to identify which patients have a birthday in the window you specify.
To access this report, go to Reporting > All Reports Beta, select a location, and click By Birthdate under the Find Patients section.

The date range on this report searches by birthday — not by year. When you enter a start and end date, ChiroHD looks for patients whose birthday (month and day) falls within that window, regardless of the year they were born.
Example: If you set the date range to January 1 – January 31, the report will return all patients with a birthday in January — whether they were born in 1975, 1990, or 2005.
This makes the report ideal for running monthly birthday lists. You do not need to account for the year when setting your dates.
