Please use the following checklist as a general guide to ensure you haven't missed any important steps in your Onboarding process.
🔲 Log in to your ChiroHD system
🔲 Attend your ChiroHD Welcome Call
🔲 Start your ChiroHD Setup Course and build along the way. The Setup Course is your ultimate step-by-step checklist!
🔲 PAUSE at the Proactive Action Items lesson in the Setup Course module to perform applicable pro-active outreach 👉 Pro-Active Action Items Lesson
🔲 SKED - If you are using, or will be using SKED for texting and reminders, you should have received a SKED Welcome Email. Schedule your SKED Welcome Call to initiate the process and follow the requested steps provided in the email.
🔲 Twilio - If you will be using our internal texting service instead of SKED, start the registration process cited in the Proactive Action Items lesson
🔲 Merchant Service Provider - If you are looking to use one of our integrated merchant providers, reach out to Fortis or Cash Practice to initiate or transfer your account.
🔲 Clearinghouse - If you take insurance and are looking to use one of our integrated clearinghouses, reach out to Office Ally or Trizetto to initiate or transfer your account.
🔲 Custom Paperwork - If you're interested in customized intake forms, email your PDFs to [email protected] for a build quote
🔲 Attend your SKED Welcome Call (if applicable)
🔲 Attend your ChiroHD Pre-Migration Call (if you are migrating from a legacy EHR)
🔲 If you are migrating from a legacy EHR, review your Migration-specific knowledge-base article (KBA) with your team. The KBA is provided during your Pre-Migration call.
🔲 Complete the ChiroHD Setup Course
🔲 Attend your SKED Onboarding calls (if applicable)
🔲 Begin ChiroHD Academy and distribute the curriculum to your team as well!
🔲 Attend your Q&A call(s)
🔲 Complete ChiroHD Academy
🔲 If you are migrating from a legacy EHR, send your migration files and passwords to the Migration team 48 hours before your scheduled migration
🔲 Migration complete (if applicable)
🔲 Perform any post-migration action items listed in your Migration KBA (if applicable)
🔲 Go Live & start seeing patients in the system!!! 🥳
🔲 Attend your Post-Live Q&A(s)
