The Insurance V2 Dashboard in ChiroHD offers a streamlined, centralized interface for managing your insurance workflow. This article provides an overview of the home screen layout and functionality.
Key Features of the Home Screen
1. Accounts Receivable Snapshot
The home screen currently includes a quick-view Accounts Receivable report.
This will continue to be built out to display additional financial and operational metrics.
2. Centralized Navigation
All insurance-related functions are now easily accessible from a single dashboard.
Unlike the previous insurance dashboard (where you had to click into Insurance and select options individually), the V2 dashboard displays everything together for faster, more efficient navigation.
3. Available Tabs on the Dashboard
Insurance Home: Returns you to the main home screen.
Create Claim: Start a new insurance claim for a patient.
Claim History: View and manage the history of submitted claims.
Process EOB: Post payments from insurance companies through Explanation of Benefits (EOB) documents.
EOB History: Review previously processed EOBs.
Settings: Manage key insurance setup elements.
