Overview
This article will guide you through the steps to manage your ChiroHD monthly subscription, including updating your payment method, setting up automatic billing, and viewing invoices. Note that subscription management is tied to each individual location, so these steps must be completed from your live location.
Steps to Manage Subscription
1. Log In to Your Live Location
To manage your subscription, make sure you are logged in to your live location. Subscription settings are not accessible from the system level, so ensure you are in the correct location before proceeding.
2. Access the Subscription Settings
Navigate to any screen within ChiroHD (e.g., your calendar screen).
Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen.
Select Subscription from the dropdown menu.
3. Update Your Payment Method

4. Set Up or Verify Automatic Billing
If your account is set up for automatic billing, you will see a green bar indicating this status.
If automatic billing is not set up, the bar will be red, and there will be a button to set up automatic billing.
You can also view your next billing date and any billing messages, which include information such as the number of text messages sent.
5. View and Pay Invoices
To view or pay open invoices:
Access the View/Pay Invoice section on the right side of the Subscription screen.
Click on View/Pay Invoice to see available invoices.
You can download invoices and receipts for paid invoices.
Click View Invoice and Payment Details to see a breakdown of each line item, which may include:
Quantity of text messages sent
Texting campaigns
Subscription fee
Patient app charges (if applicable)
