Accessing and Using the Services Setup Wizard
Navigate to the System Dashboard, System Settings, Services, and Setup Wizard.
Uploading Previous Service Data via CSV (Optional)
To transfer a services list from a previous EHR, use the setup wizard's CSV import option.
Drag and drop or upload your CSV file, then review and edit the imported services before finalizing.
Initial Wizard Setup Questions
Practice Type?
Choose the practice type that best matches your office: Chiropractic, Chiro + Therapy or Multidiscipline.
Additional Services?
Once you choose your practice type, ChiroHD will automatically suggest services that are commonly used for that type of practice. Edit those services to match your office services.
What do you Charge for an Adjustment?
Enter your office's charge for adjustment (CPT code 98941). ChiroHD uses this rate to suggest prices for other services and compares your fees to Medicare rates for added guidance.
Review and Edit Proposed Services
ChiroHD generates a list of recommended services.
Review and Edit the following fields:
Name
CPT code
suggested price
Units.
After reviewing, you can delete or add additional services.
After confirming, click Create Services to generate the selected services automatically in ChiroHD.
Price Evaluation Feature
On the services page, use the Price Evaluation Feature to compare your prices with Medicare rates. This is a tool that helps you align your fees for optimal compliance and competitiveness.
