Pre Migration
Please inform Cash Practice that you will be migrating to ChiroHD

Cash Practice will prepare your new account, however, do not enter your new credentials until after the migration of data from your legacy EHR is complete.
Post Migration
As soon as your migration is completed, our Migration Team will send your updated Patient list to Cash Practice on your behalf for mapping.
βIt will take a few hours for Cash Practice to complete this process and Cash Practice will reach out to schedule 10 minutes where you are not using your Cash Practice account. They will finalize mapping during this time.
βCash Practice will call or email you once complete. Upon completion, you will enter your Cash Practice credentials by navigating to
βYour Live ChiroHD Location -> Settings - Initial Setup -> Integrations -> Merchant Services
Please set your Payment Sync Start Date as your Go-Live Date.
π― Any payments run directly through the Cash Practice website (during the mapping) will sync into ChiroHD.
βPerform a hard refresh on every computer.
(Command+Shift+r on mac or control+F5 on windows).
ββYou can click on the Money Shortcut on the Patient Snapshot or the New Transaction button within the Patient Profile to quickly run a transaction!
